Deborah Martinez
Born and raised on the south shore of Long Island. Brought up with boating, horseback riding, sports, traditional family values, and a major zest for life. She was brought up with good hard work ethic.
As an adult, she moved to the north shore of Long island, which has given Deborah a healthy & diverse knowledge of this wonderful place we call home. She had a long career as a nurse, educator, and director of education. She decided to retire & took on her long time passion as a full time real estate agent in 2018. She is a volunteer alongside with her daughter Lily, as a Director of Fundraising for NYSCFKids. www.nyscfkids.org. She also volunteers in the fall as a head coach for North Shore Colts Cheer. She also is a big advocate for animal rescue.
Deborah has a huge heart, is smart, loves to help, advocate, and go above & beyond for her clients. Deb has won multiple achievements & acknowledgement awards because of this. She has sold hundreds of homes all over Long Island, on average ranging from rentals to sales (buyers and listings) $300,000-$3,450,000. Treating every client w/white glove service. “Anything worth doing is worth putting in 100% of your efforts.” She has had great success by being an amazing multitasker, communicator & keeps a persistent focus on what is most important to clients by listening to their needs.
