Nikola Andersson
Nikola was born in Australia, where she completed high school and earned a degree in Economics from the University of Sydney. She later moved to London to pursue an MBA at Durham University while working for BZW Equities (now Barclays Bank). During her time there, Nikola specialized in risk management and played a pivotal role in the sale of BZW to Credit Suisse.
In 2001, Nikola relocated to the United States, settling in Manhattan, where she restored a historic brownstone in Murray Hill. Nearly a decade later, in 2010, she and her family moved to Hong Kong, where they spent ten years before returning to Long Island, New York.
A lifelong enthusiast of the housing market, Nikola is passionate about helping families navigate what can often be a complex and emotional process. Her expertise spans the East End of Long Island, with a focus on communities from Sands Point to the Hamptons.
